Predictability, like departure times and arrival times, is essential in case of organisation of the cross-border railfreight. Delays generate an extra cost for the railway companies, moreover causing inefficiensies. What do costumers exactly want? How could rail corridors improve on these railfreight procedures and what kind of cooperation would be needed among the countries? We are looking for the answers of all these questions from the rapporteurs of the costumers’ side.
