She considers most essential, achieving balance in labour relations. She has been working continuously on the renewal of human field in favour of the railwayman profession. There were creative and unique solutions entering to her HR toolkit last year, such as appearance in a festival, employer’s recommendation programme and making promotional campaign films aiming to reduce labour shortage in the railway sector.
